In December 2023, Ehomm team proudly participated in the 21st Vietnam International Trade Fair in Ho Chi Minh City—marking our first international exhibition experience as a growing LCD projector manufacturer.

Discovering the Local Market, Firsthand

Ho Chi Minh City welcomed us with bright sunshine, bustling traffic, and unforgettable flavors like the classic Vietnamese beef pho. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to spot one of our projectors on display in a roadside electronics store—a powerful reminder that our products are already finding their place in global markets!

Attending the fair gave us the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the Vietnamese market, including:

• Local customers’ personality traits and buying preferences
• Key market demand for cost-effective, high-quality home entertainment solutions
• Greater awareness of the importance of localization and in-person engagement

Building New Relationships with Warm Hospitality

Before the event, we scheduled online appointments with several Vietnamese customers. While some couldn’t attend in person—particularly those based in Hanoi—others went above and beyond to meet us.

One memorable example was Mr. Vicha, who drove two hours from his home to visit our booth. He not only engaged in a deep conversation with our team but also:

• Took us shopping for local snacks and specialties at a Vietnamese supermarket
• Treated us to authentic Vietnamese street food
•  Drove us to the airport

We were deeply touched by his generosity and hospitality. As a token of appreciation, we gifted him a basket of fresh fruit before parting ways.

Meeting Local Business Giants

While Vietnam Expo is not a dedicated consumer electronics exhibition, it still offered strong value for tech suppliers. During the event, we established connections with several well-known regional enterprises, expecially Life Fitness Vietnam — a standout fitness brand that placed an immediate sample order after a productive discussion and photo session

These meetings gave us deeper insight into cross-industry interest in smart lifestyle products like projectors.

A Valuable Step Toward Global Growth

This trip was far more than a trade show—it was a transformational milestone in our global journey. We came away with:

• A stronger understanding of Southeast Asian market dynamics
• New client relationships built on trust and personal connection
• Renewed motivation to bring high-quality, affordable projection experiences to more households worldwide
